King Living provides warranties for its outdoor products manufactured after January 2012.

This article will cover the warranty periods and what is covered under King Living Warranty for Outdoor Products.

Product-Specific Warranty

King Living Warranty is specific to a product or a component of a product. Each product has its own warranty period and exclusions. It is essential to go through the warranty document to know the warranty period and exclusions for the product purchased.

Warranty Period

The following are the warranty periods for King Living outdoor products:

  1. Steel or alloy frames (Including warranty against structural defects): 10 years
  2. Coating and Surface: 5 years
  3. Components of outdoor products (including but not limited to King Fabrics*, foam, feather and fibre fillings, suspension, springs, mechanisms (including storage base mechanisms), zippers, touch fasteners, legs, and outdoor accessories): 2 years
  4. Accessories for outdoor products and WeatherGuard covers: 2 years
  5. King Rope: 5 years
  6. 'Sunbrella’ upholstery, specialty fabrics, and decorative shade fabrics solely from the ‘Sunbrella Upholstery Fabrics’ collection: 5 years
  7. Electronics and motion components of all King Living branded products: 2 years
  8. Electronics and motion components of all King branded products (on purchase of a 3 Year Extended Warranty)*: 5 years (total of the above 2-year warranty plus 3 Year Extended Warranty).

Coverage under Warranty

King Living Warranty covers failure due to a manufacturing defect. The following are covered under King Living Warranty:

  1. Steel or alloy frames (excluding surface corrosion of steel furniture and parts, including stainless steel, as a result of direct use in harsh seafront locations or in a confined, chlorinated environment).
  2. Coating and Surface (excluding minor corrosion spots at the weld joins, surface corrosion originating from scratches or abrasions that result from general wear and tear and which cannot be removed via standard cleaning and maintenance processes, and any occurrence of any detritus, organic, or man-made matter settling on the product surface, and tea staining on stainless steel product surface).
  3. Components of outdoor products, including King Fabrics*, foam, feather and fiber fillings, suspension, springs, mechanisms (including storage base mechanisms), zippers, touch fasteners, legs, and outdoor accessories.
  4. Accessories for outdoor products and WeatherGuard covers.
  5. King Rope.
  6. 'Sunbrella’ upholstery, specialty fabrics, and decorative shade fabrics solely from the ‘Sunbrella Upholstery Fabrics’ collection.
  7. Electronics and motion components of all King Living branded products.
