Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

1. Check Device Compatibility

  • Ensure your device supports Qi-enabled wireless charging.

  • Position your phone centrally on the charging area to align with the internal coil.

2. Update Your Phone’s Software

  • Keeping your phone updated ensures optimal charging performance.

  • Restart your phone after updating to apply changes.

  • iPhone 12 users: Wireless charging issues can often be resolved by updating to the latest software version.


3. Observe the Indicator Light

  • When the table is plugged in, a red indicator light should flash for 2 seconds.

  • For best results, position your phone directly above this light.

4. Check Power Connections

  • If the red indicator light doesn’t appear, try these steps:

    • Turn the power off and on at the main switch.

    • Ensure all cables are securely connected.

    • Remove phone cases, as some materials may block charging.


5. Understand Charging Speeds

  • Charging speed depends on your device:

    • King SMART tables provide up to 15W of power (for models purchased after June 7, 2021; earlier models deliver 5W).

    • Apple devices charge at up to 7.5W, while some Android models support up to 15W.

  • If your device feels warm, allow it to cool before placing it on the charger.
