At King Living, we design with lifestyle in mind—seamlessly blending function, beauty and innovation. The Lume Light is no exception. This refined lighting accessory brings both atmosphere and practicality to your space. If your Lume Light isn't performing as expected, follow the steps below to restore its brilliance.
Why isn’t my Lume Light turning on?
If your Lume Light doesn’t power on, try these simple checks:
1. Ensure it’s securely connected
Check that the cable is firmly connected to the power supply and to the correct socket on your King furniture. The Lume Light connects via a dedicated accessory port.
2. Power source check
Confirm the power outlet is working. You can test this by plugging in a different device.
3. Look for the dimmer switch
Some models include an inline dimmer switch. Make sure it's not turned off or set to the lowest brightness setting.
Is your Lume Light flickering?
Flickering can be distracting, but it's often an easy fix:
-
Make sure the cable is not loose or pinched between furniture components.
-
Check the power source for consistent voltage—avoid plugging into overloaded power boards.
-
Unplug the light, wait a few seconds, then reconnect.
How can I get the best performance from my Lume Light?
-
Use the original King-supplied cable and power adapter.
-
Avoid placing heavy objects on the cable or connector.
-
Keep the light clean by gently wiping with a dry microfibre cloth—avoid harsh cleaners.
