Cleaning and Refreshing the Sleep+ Mattress

Vacuuming the Mattress Interior

  • Unzip and remove the top Comfort Layer.

  • Use an upholstery cleaning tool to vacuum inside the mattress, removing dust and debris.

  • If spills or soiling occur, spot clean immediately following the stain treatment steps below.

Washing Sleep+ Fit Covers

General Washing Instructions

  • Unzip and remove the Fit Cover from the mattress.

  • Hand wash in warm water using a neutral wool detergent.

  • Alternatively, machine wash on a gentle cycle at:

    • 40°C (104°F) for standard Fit Covers.

    • 30°C (86°F) for WarmFit Covers (disconnect the controller switch before washing).

  • Drying Instructions:

    • Tumble dry on a cold setting for up to 15 minutes or line dry over a clothesline.

    • Do not use pegs on WarmFit heating wires.

    • Ensure all electrical connections for WarmFit Covers remain moisture-free.

  • Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron Fit Covers.

Spot Cleaning Fit Covers

If localised soiling occurs, follow these steps:

  1. Sponge the affected area gently using lukewarm water and a neutral wool detergent or mild soap flakes.

  2. Rinse the area twice with clean lukewarm water.

  3. Squeeze the treated area between two towels to remove excess moisture.

  4. Lay the cover flat to dry in a shaded area (do not hang).

For WarmFit Covers, always disconnect the controller switch before cleaning.

Pilling

  • Pilling may naturally occur but does not affect the comfort or functionality of the fabric.

By following these cleaning and care guidelines, customers can keep their Sleep+ Mattress fresh and well-maintained for years to come.
