Lodging a Warranty Claim with King Living is Simple!

Follow steps below: 

  1. Notify King Living about any issues within 14 days of identifying the problem. You can do this by submitting a request online here or by calling the Customer Service Team at 1300 135 464.

  2. When reporting the issue, please provide the following information:

      • Your name
      • Delivery address of the order
      • Your phone number
      • King Living product details
      • Description of the problem
  1. Once King Living receives all the information related to your claim, a Customer Service representative will help determine if your warranty claim is valid. If it is, they'll let you know how King Living will honour the claim. You might need to provide further details, such as:
      • Photographic evidence of the issue
      • A clear, written explanation of the issue
      • Additional information about the issue during a phone call with the Customer Service Team

Throughout this process, the King Living Customer Service Team may ask you questions to help diagnose the issue and guide you through the steps to claim your warranty. Please respond to all requests promptly. King Living reserves the right in its absolute discretion to determine whether a part has failed due to a defect or wear and tear.
