Once your KING furniture order is finalised and scheduled for delivery, it's time to prepare your home for delivery. This will allow the drivers to carry out a smooth delivery without having to deal with access issues and obstacles.   

To prepare for delivery, consider the following:

  1. Clear the access pathway, to enable delivery drivers to enter and exit freely. 

  2. Ensure the room, where the furniture will be placed, is clear and easily accessible for the delivery drivers.

  3. Remove any artwork or obstacles in your hallway that might hinder access. 

  4. If you have selected EXPRESS Delivery, your furniture items will be delivered to the first available room nearest to your front door. 

  5. If you have selected DELUXE Delivery, please ensure there is enough space for our team to unpack and assemble your furniture. Advise the delivery team of your preferred layout/configuration for correct placement of your furniture items.
