King Living Delivery Options
Express Delivery: This option is a standard boxed delivery where your order is brought inside your premises and placed in the closest room to the front door, without assembly.
Deluxe Delivery: With Deluxe Delivery, our team not only delivers your order but also assembles your furniture and removes any boxes and packaging. Please ensure the space where your new furniture will be placed is cleared before our team arrives.
Please note that King Living can hold orders for a maximum of 2 weeks from the arranged delivery date.
Alternative Option: Delivery Now, Assemble Later
If you prefer to receive your furniture now and have it assembled at a later date, we offer this service for metropolitan areas only. Here's what to consider:
- Despatch will deliver your order on the scheduled day and assemble items at a later date, up to 6 months at no extra charge.
- Advise a King Living Customer Service Consultant so they may update your order to reflect 'Delivery Only - assemble at a later date.' in the delivery instructions.
- Allow at least 2 weeks' notice to arrange assembly.
- Confirm your address with a King Living Customer Service Consultant for assembly and ensure the order is at the new premises for assembly.
- Assembly dates will be arranged depending on when King Living delivers to your area.
*Please note that King Living does not arrange to collect items and deliver them to a new address.
